This fascinating site can be seen as a small peninsula in the Gorge Waters / Portage Inlet.
The residence is positioned on a mostly rock base with big Firs beside the new extension and gnarly Firs and Garry Oaks on the rocks around.
The intention is to clean up the site and come up with a good, coherent design concept that incorporates all the activities in a visual humble way, emphasizing the strong architecture of Splyce Design and the experience of the landscape.
